At FAWE, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

FAWE is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

FAWE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
